Hold`em Basic Rules

Texas Hold'em is the most popular game played in online poker rooms. It is easily learned and deceptively simple. Hold`em is  a subtle and complex game, typically played with six, nine or ten players to a table and is a faster. This game used to determine the world champion poker
( World Series of Poker ), so why Texas Hold'em is the fastest growing poker game in the world.

1. Most games start with two players left the dealer placing out the predetermined amount of money/chips so there is an initial amount to play for ( this is called posting the blinds ).
2. In Hold'em, two cards are dealt face down to each player ( called hole or pocket cards ), and a round of betting takes place. On the first round, players may either call or raise the blind bet, or they must fold their hand ( pre-flop ).
3. When the first round of betting is complete, three communal cards (called the flop) are turned face up in the center of the table. That's followed by another round of betting. On this and each succeeding round, players may check if no one has bet when it is their turn to act. 
4. A fourth communal card (called the turn ) is then exposed. Another round of betting takes place. 
5. Then the fifth and final community card (known as the river) is placed in the center of the table followed by the last round of betting. 
6. After that, all of the players remaining in the game begin to reveal their hands. This begins with the player to the left of the last player to call ( called the showdown ).
7. The best five card poker hand using any combination of a player's two hole cards and the five communal cards is the winner.
8. That's all there is to play of the game. On the game play, players can improve their strategy try to defeat one each others, such as : bluffing, slow play, etc.
